Leaving Zihua

In the airport, this is the usual face I get from Alli.
Goodbye Zihua!

Zih Day Seven: Last Day of Vacation

On our last day in Zihuatanejo we relaxed and walked around just a little bit. Just taking it in one last time.

In the village, the doctor's office.

Earlier in the week we had bought 'Zucaritas' or Frosted Flakes.

Painting out in the market.

This guy kinda looks like me.

I like the details of the town, like the floral pattern around these windows.

Coffee shop.

Old photos of Zihua on the wall of a cafe.

We were big fans of this man's outfit.

A mom and daughter playin' in the pool.

The hotel's plants are really pretty. So is my wife.

ZIh Day Six: Il Mare

Thursday, March 31
We went to a restaurant called 'Il Mare', and we got to see the best view of the bay as the sun went down. Such a beautiful place.

Zih Day Five: Mexican Fiesta

Wednesday, March 30
Here's the view of our hotel from the beach.
Traveling songsman
In an earlier post I promised a photo of the scary guns that all the cops in Zih carried. Don't mess with those guys.

We went to a "Mexican Fiesta" at a big hotel in Ixtapa. It was half dinner half show. The food was OK, but the churros were made up close and personal and were great.

A very odd mascot man came out to do a dance. He was semi-scary.
The cutest moment of the night belonged to this little guy.
